Overview

The School of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Central Missouri invites applications for a one-year Assistant Professor position in Mathematics to begin in August 2018. The successful candidate should be able to teach a variety of mathematics courses and participate in school service activities. The typical teaching load is 12 – 15 credit hours per semester.

Applicants with a Ph.D degree in Mathematics with a specialty in abstract algebra will be preferred. ABE may be considered.

Previous college/university teaching experience and a commitment to teaching excellence are required.
