Overview

The Department of Mathematical Sciences is seeking part-time contract faculty applicants as part of a pool that will be reviewed and hired as needed. The salary is competetive and commensurate with qualifications. Applications will be kept on file until May 1, 2019.

Description

Teach six credit hours per term, including core curriculum mathematics courses, mathematics courses for prospective elementary teachers and other introductory courses. Pursue a program of personal professional development and perform service activities to the Department. Evidence of high-quality teaching, continuing professional development, and significant service are necessary to be eligible for reappointment.

Minimum QualificationsMaster’s degree ( or higher) in a mathematical science from an accredited college or university completed by date of appointment.
