Overview

The Chemistry Department at Francis Marion University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Instructor/Assistant Professor of Chemistry. The position is renewable at the discretion of the University for up to two additional years. Rank and salary depend on qualifications.

Teaching responsibilities typically involve general chemistry lectures and lab sections. Research and professional service are encouraged.

For this position, a Ph. D. in Chemistry is preferred, but candidates who are nearing completion of the doctorate or with a Master’s degree in Chemistry will be considered.

Start Date: August 2017
