National Park College (NPC), a comprehensive two-year public college, is investing in its science faculty. NPC is seeking a qualified faculty member in the field of Physical Science/Earth Science for a nine-month position for the day, evening, and online classes with an opportunity to teach during summer sessions. Full-time teaching load is fifteen-credit hours each fall and spring semester while maintaining a minimum of 10 office hours weekly for student consultation. Excellent benefits are also included.

Educational Requirements: Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in Physical Science or Earth Science required or a master’s degree in another field with 18 graduate hours in Earth Science, Physical Science, Environmental Science or related field. Preferred minimum of three years teaching at a post-secondary level, ideally with community college experience; preferred experience in developing and teaching online courses.

Position begins August 2018.
