Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Physical Chemistry

Applications are invited for a faculty appointment beginning September 01, 2018, in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Applicants will be considered at the Assistant Professor Level in Physical Chemistry. Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching and establishing an externally funded research program. Teaching responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses.

UMass Dartmouth is one of five UMass campuses and is located on the coast an hour south of Boston, midway between Providence, RI, and Cape Cod.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A PhD in Chemistry (with emphasis in Experimental Physical Chemistry) or equivalent degree from an accredited university

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Postdoctoral experience.
