Aurora University seeks talented faculty who are passionate about teaching and learning. As a private institution, Aurora University expects faculty to be involved in the lives of students through mentoring,

The successful candidate will be able to effectively teach Mathematics courses at all levels such as College Algebra, Probability and Statistics, Differential Equations and other courses. Candidates able to teach Mathematics Education courses in addition are preferred. The faculty member must be involved with students outside of classes by mentoring them on future educational and career plans. The faculty member will be expected to be involved in the university with curriculum development, program assessments, and engagement in institutional service, scholarship, and STEM education initiatives. A Ph.D. in Mathematics or related discipline is required. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective teaching methods and a strong commitment to student success.
