Assistant Professor of Chemistry

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is currently seeking a Visiting, Full-Time Assistant Professor of Chemistry in the Division of Physical & Computational Sciences, beginning Fall 2025. Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemistry, preferred. Seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates. Experience teaching at the university or collegiate level is preferred; relevant work experience and three to five years of university-level teaching experience are preferred. Responsibilities: Applicants must be able to teach 12 credits of chemistry courses at the undergraduate level per semester. Courses to be taught initially may include General Chemistry 1 and 2, Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and/or Computational Chemistry. In the future, courses may include other related areas of chemistry. Faculty may also be teaching accompanying labs.
