Terms of service.

By accessing or using Science Faculty Jobs(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Science Faculty Jobs is an online job board connecting academic employers with candidates for science faculty positions. Employers may purchase listings to post positions; job seekers may browse and apply for free.

• You must create an account and complete payment before a job listing goes live.
• Listings are active for 60 days from the date of admin approval.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all content in your listing.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published.

Listings must not contain:

• False, misleading, or discriminatory statements
• Positions that do not exist or have already been filled
• Content that violates any applicable employment or human rights law
• Spam, malicious code, or unauthorized advertising

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a listing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the package price shown at checkout. All prices are in USD.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting a listing, you grant Science Faculty Jobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through the Service for the duration of your listing.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will generate applicants.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Science Faculty Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable listing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
